It can lead to food indigestion, heartburn, nausea, and in worst case colon cancer. This is the time to kill constipation at the beginning. How can you stop constipation, here are few solutions: 1. Drink warm water and minimum 2.5 Liters 2. Do kapalbhati pranayama 2 times in a day (Preferably in Morning and evening) 3. Eat more fiber-containing foods 4. Consume less white floor containing foods 5. Eat more vegetables 6. Reduce dairy intake 7. Wrong food habit Constipation is just a small problem but it has the potentiality to ruin your health and take you to colon cancer. My father, 80 years old, had constipation problem.
